The AirWash® system greatly reduces the risk of cross contamination between cows in the milking parlour by flushing each liner after every cow has milked, whatever the cluster position.

Features:

• Can be fitted to existing clusters.
• On removal of cluster, liners are flushed with water and chemical then purged with compressed air.
• Mains or bore hole water fed via filter to a holding tank and pumped under pressure to parlour.
• Liners flush whatever the cluster removal position.
• System fully programmable, flush cycle can be tailored to individual requirements.
• System specification to suit all parlour designs as a complete kit for ease of installation.

Benefits:

• No change in liner costs, does not affect milking technique.
• Provides consistent wash for all four liners, using 400-500 ml water for each cow.
• Easy and convenient to install, large loft tank not required. System provides clean filtered water on every wash.
• No change to operator routine or cluster attachment times.
• Does not extend milking times as liners sterilized in a cycle of 15 – 30 secs. Wash delay can be programmed up to 18 secs to allow milk sweep.
