This can operate as a standalone memory feeder system or it will link to parlour server software providing additional features such as feed to yield/lactation and auto ID.

• This memory feeder, calibrated in kilos or pounds, will feed a maximum or 24 points (12 aside) expandable to 40 point (20 aside) with additional relay boxes.
• Four alarm codes can be attributed to each cow, allowing operators from different milkings to see if any course of action is required before the cow is milked:-
  • Treatment
  • Bulling
  • Dry Cow
  • Separation.
• Batch feed facility is available for group feeding where all cows are on the same ration.
• Individual motor calibration of each feeder to a tenth of a second provides optimum feed accuracy.
• For a new feed delivery, calibration requires just one adjustment, which is done as a percentage.
• Display counter for the total number of cows fed and number of rations dispensed.
• Battery backed memory storage for 999 cows with feed ration and milk yield data.
• Manual feed facility.
• Any feeder blockage sounds an audible alarm and integral current limiting devices protect the equipment.
• Suitable for all herringbone parlours.
• Operates auger, pulse and vacuum operated feeders.
