• Suitable for overhead direct to line parlours where the wash line is fastened on the overhead bridge bracings, leaving the pit uncluttered for the operator.
• Non return valve allows individual clusters to be attached to the cluster washer as they become free at the end of milking.
• Simple Installation: Drill a 15-16mm aligned hole in the wash line at the relavent centres to the parlour design, so that when all the cluster washers are assembled onto the overhead wash line they are all horizontal and in alignment.
• Servicing: It is best to replace the line seals and cups at the same time.  The easiest method is to remove the unit from the line allowing the line seals to be changed and the rubber cups to be replaced while on a solid surface.
• The body is made of a impact resistant modern plastic and the rubber cup helps protects the life of the milking liner by not stretching the liner mouthpiece.
• The inverted wash position helps prevent external dirt from the shells from inadvertently entering the wash system.
• Wash flow rate can be individually calibrated by adjusting the central Vari-flo control to help ensuring a well balanced wash throughout the plant.
• Easy to use, with no parking bracket, simply push the teat cups into the rubber wash cups.
• Rubber cup size is 45mm.
• Comes complete with the relevant installation kit, to suit 40mm or 50mm stainless steel wash lines.
