Additional Information
Made from recycled fabric the ISO940 Hurricane Parka Eco is 100% waterproof and windproof plus for added warmth it has been fitted with a cosy, insulating fleece-lining.
Tough, nylon ripstop fabric, provides top-level abrasion resistance and rip prevention. For added protection (and to ensure each garment is fully waterproof) an advanced coating is bonded to the outer fabric and fleece lining and all seams and stitching are seam-sealed.
The extra long drop-tail provides below-the-waist protection, especially when bending. Neoprene cuffs help prevent water and dirt ingress in the sleeve area and the crown/face hood can be adjusted to fit different head sizes and shapes.
There are generous storage pockets to keep valuables/tools safe and dry (two side storm-proof pockets and two internal zipped chest pockets).
Fitted with a two-way heavy-duty zip, the jacket’s opening is protected by a storm flap that is opened and closed quickly and easily with discreet and revolutionary magnetic fastenings.
Tailored for comfort, designed with warmth and safety in mind, this outerwear jacket is ideal for withstanding the rigours of working outdoors in wintry conditions.

Care Instructions
- Machine wash 50°c.
- Do not use detergent.
- Line dry.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry clean.
- Hose it down. Wash down your garments with the hose at the end of the day. Washing off the mud before it dries prevents bacteria from growing, which can start to rot and weaken the fabric.
- Hang it up. Don’t leave your gear in a heap on the floor or in wet conditions. Find a hook and hang your jacket and overtrousers up. They’ll dry faster and hanging them up and keeping them out of wet conditions minimises the opportunity for bacteria to grow and break down the fabric.
- Don’t use detergent. Washing your rainwear with detergent is one of the worst things you can do. Powdered detergents can affect the quality of the seam sealing tape that makes Betacraft gear waterproof. If you have to wash your gear, use a cool wash (<50°) with no detergent. Do not dry clean, iron or bleach.
