The OptiDipper™ is a pistol-style teat dip applicator which is designed to sit comfortably in the hand, thus making the process of teat dipping both quick and effective. It has an integral ‘easy-squeeze’ trigger which makes it easy to control the dispensing of teat dip chemical into the dip cup attachment located at the end of the lance.
A range of restrictor inserts, located in the applicator body, enables the flow rate to be set to suit the viscosity of the teat dip chemical being dispensed.
The unique SplashGard™ chamber located on the dip cup attachment captures surplus teat dip which is displaced when the teat is inserted into the dip cup section, thus avoiding spillage and wastage.
The OptiDipper™ applicator is available in a choice of top-load or bottom-load configurations to suit a range of milking system types so that the applicator can be positioned where it is always easily accessible.
A choice of 16cm or 25cm lance lengths are available to suit different milking parlour layouts; a drag-line version is also available as an alternative for large-scale operations.
