DAISY 1000 MEMORY FEEDER (OPERATES 24 FEEDERS; 12 PER SIDE)

Additional Information

This is a memory feeder which can feed up to 12 per side (24 units in total). A portion feeder, calibrated in kilos or pounds, dispenses a pre-programmed ration for individual cows, simply enter the cow number and the feed will be immediately dispensed and automatically move on to the next stall.

• Herds up to 999 cows can have their individual rations stored in the battery backed memory.
• Four alarm codes can be attributed to each cow. The Treatment LED has to be acknowledged before feed is dispensed and it is possible for the next cow number to be entered. The others are a warning only for operators from different milkings:-
  • Treatment
  • Bulling
  • Dry Cow
  • Marker.
• A batch feed facility is available for group feeding where all cows are on the same ration.
• Individual motor calibration of each feeder to a tenth of a second provides optimum accuracy of all feeders.
• For a new feed delivery, calibration requires just one adjustment, which is done as a percentage.
• Display counter for the total number of cows fed and number of rations dispensed.
• LED’s alight should a feeder block and trip the fuse.
• Suitable for all herringbone parlours.
• Suitable for auger, pulse and vacuum operated feeders.
